Our Glycolic Face Wash is a clear gel facial cleanser fortified with specific extracts and ingredients designed to brighten and nourish delicate facial skin.
Glycolic acid is a natural-occurring exfoliant that has a reputation for being one of the safest cosmetic options in the alpha hydroxy acid group. Glycolic acid brings fresh new skin to the surface as it safely removes the outer layer of dead skin cells, a process which helps correct discoloration caused by sun spots or aging.
Ingredient Superstars:
- Glycolic Acid (AHA) -- Naturally derived from sugar, helps exfoliate dead surface skin cells and support natural cellular turnover. Our formulation contains 3% Glycolic Acid to provide a gentle but effective cleanse.
- Lavender Extract -- Used on a broad scale for the treatment of acne, damaged hair, and oily skin while providing Anti-bacterial, microbial, Anti-fungal and Antiseptic properties. Lavender also provides a soothing effect on the skin.
- Burdock Root Extract -- Burdock Root is often used as a safe natural remedy for eczema, psoriasis and other assorted skin conditions because of it's anti-bacterial, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory properties. Burdock root is also used as an aid against skin ulcers and acne making it quite a popular ingredient in the cosmetic industry.

If you use this product during the day then be sure to apply appropriate sunscreen as glycolic acid makes your skin much more sensitive to the sun.
TO USE: Gently massage a quarter-sized amount onto a lightly damp face, and massage for 30-60 seconds. Rinse and pat dry. Use morning and night.

This product was my first experience using a glycolic acid face wash and I found it to be very pleasant indeed! The scent blend was a lovely mix of crisp and just a hint of sweetness, especially perfect for a spring or summer scent. As for the product itself, it was gentle on my skin and left it feeling soft and refreshed. I would certainly purchase more of this product in the future!
not too overpowering in the smell department which is good in regards to face products. Pleasant smell and the face wash works great.
