TO USE: After shampooing, apply a generous amount to towel-dried hair and comb through. Leave on for 5–7 minutes. Rinse and finish with conditioner. Use once weekly, less frequently as hair improves.
Ingredients: Distilled Water, Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol (and) PEG-40 Castor Oil (and) Stearalkonium Chloride, Panthenol, Glycerine, Cetrimonium Chloride, Cyclomethicone, Dimethicone, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol.

This is one of my all-time favorite scents. I use it the same as the deep conditioner and it seems to work the same. I am too lazy with my hair to follow the directions.
