There are a lot of hand sanitizers out there but almost all of them will dry out your skin due to the alcohol in it. Our hand sanitizer is totally different though! It contains Aloe Vera and Pro-Vitamin B5 & E to promote healthy-looking skin that soothes and heals, and because we also add Glycerin, it will counteract the drying effects of alcohol.

I am obsessed with this scent and the fact that it does not drying out my hands! Love love it!
I've used alcohol- based hand sanitizers for many years in my work as an RN in ICU/ other high risk units. NOT as a general hand cleaner, but as a " We are in a rush situation with hands we know aren't that clean, there is no sink and liquid soap dispenser nearby, so hand sanitizer, don't fail me or this patient now". They are extremely effective with the right amount and duration of friction used to both surfaces of the hands ( palms and backs of the hands) and between each finger- short nails are a must. It really must be rubbed in, to the point that very little to no extra drying time is needed.
For this formula. I was not overwhelmed with the pure ETOH scent ( Ethyl Alcohol, the only safe form of Alcohol in the alcohol based instant hand cleaning solutions) which is the provider of the anti-bacterial on the go. I have recently found FCS OCD full hand sanitizers I never knew I had, no idea when I bought the collection they came in, or if they are still stable to use, but they are nothing like the powerfulness of the newer formulation. They are in the many pockets of Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton and other handbags I have usually stowed in their original sleeper bags, as I am a low key casual lady living on a river now, not part of our country club set. Grew weary of displays of wealth, but apparently didn't clean out my bags well. To FCS' credit, not one of those little rounded top bottles had leaked one drop in a bag pocket or pochette!
This one smells calm and lovely, and I think could be used with the parent being the bottle holder and squeezer for a child ages 6 and up. Earlier with total supervision to keep hands out of mouths, of course.
I will use it as it is designed- for use in a situation where there is no access to warm water and liquid soap or when what soap is present looks like it's growing one of those trendy bowls of moss. YKWIM.
I am thrilled to have a couple, OK, three, bottles of this scent and formula mix for times when I've just petted a giraffe, and want to get a tasty human snack at our nearby Fossil Rim Nature Preserve. There are 2 newborn giraffes, so I would NOT use the hand sanitizer, even as fast as it dries down, before petting a vulnerable animal. There are responsibilities to children and animals when using 62% ETOH ( Ethyl Alcohol).
I truly am thankful to have this because I am one of the originals to ever use bottled hand sanitizer in a hospital emergency setting. We were your guinea pigs, and by and large, helped develop great products in formulas with MODERATE anti-bacterial action.
