One spontaneous bubble soccer game is all it takes! Apply for temporary relief of minor aches and pains. Give it about 3-5 minutes before you start to feel the burn. Hot/cold feeling lasts approx 15 minutes.

Directions:
- For adults and children over 12, rub well on the affected area. Repeat 3 to 4 times daily.
- For children 12 years of age or younger, consult a healthcare professional before use.

When using this product:
- Use only as directed
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes

- Do not bandage or cover with wrap or use heating pad

I was so excited to try this product as I have a lot of tension in my upper back. I also wanted my husband to try it for his leg. I was nervous at first because I absolutely HATE the smell of IcyHot and Aspercream, but this smell is nothing like those, this has a smell, but its a nice one, (in my opinion)! The effectiveness is fantastic! It works very fast and added bonus, you don't have to use a lot to get the effectiveness you need, a little goes along way. My husband LOVES it for his leg as well. I hope they keep this around, this has quickly turned into one of my favorite FCS products of all time.

Truly, this is the best. Better than store bought. I have a review of the fire muscle rub last year when it first came out and I still stand by that. 10 our of 5 stars. I recently was diagnosed with sciatica and nothing was helping. I had already ordered some or ordered near when I was diagnosed, and it arrived a week after I had already been on the prescriptions and using biofreeze, heating pads, and ice packs. This worked better than all that. I carry it to work and use it to help with all the bending and twisting I do. At home it's not only handy for my back, but also my headaches and occasional ear aches. I'm sad I only have two of the tubed and when they are gone I will be upset that I can't replace them. This product is one of the ones I am.mpst vocal about and give the most praise about.
