To Use: Apply for temporary relief of minor aches and pains. Give it about 3-5 minutes before you start to feel the burn. Hot/cold feeling lasts approx 15 minutes. Press down on the top of the pain relief spray and spritz a small amount on your skin. Expect relief within a few minutes after using the pain relief spray.
